Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp lemon peel
- 2 TBLS hoisen sauce
- 3 TBLS soy sauce
- 1/2-1 tsp hot Szechwan stir fry sauce
- 1-1 1/2 inch ginger minced
- 1 bunch green onions sliced
- 1 TBLS lemon juice
- 3 TBLS ketchup
- 2 TBLS rice wine
Preparation
- 1. Marinate chicken wings (8 house, if possible). Bake at 425 for 20 minutes each side, baste with marinade.
