Ingredients
- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped onion, thawed
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded reduced-fat Swiss cheese
- 1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon coarse-grained Dijon mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- Drain onion on paper towels.
- Combine onion and remaining ingredients in a 1-quart baking dish. Bake at 325° for 25 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned.
- Serve with low-fat crackers (crackers not included in analysis).
