Ingredients

1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped onion, thawed
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded reduced-fat Swiss cheese
1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1 tablespoon coarse-grained Dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325°.

Drain onion on paper towels.

Combine onion and remaining ingredients in a 1-quart baking dish. Bake at 325° for 25 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned.

Serve with low-fat crackers (crackers not included in analysis).
