Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shallots; cook 2 minutes or until shallots begin to brown, stirring frequently. Stir in chard. Cover and cook 2 minutes or until chard wilts. Remove from heat; stir in salt and black pepper. Sprinkle with almonds.
