    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    I made this tonight and my family loved it - even my picky kids! I used chicken & apple sausages that I had on hand and left out the mushrooms, only because I didn't have any. It was quick, easy, and yummy. Perfect for a quick family meal. I'll make this one again and try some ingredient variations.

    Used this recipe as it was written. This is excellent. my Italian mom use to make Frittata many years ago and this was very close to hers. The family loved it and I wouldn't change anything at all. This is a real winner!! I will use this recipe for family gatherings as well. The only question I had was what is a bunch of swiss chard? I used a cup full and would use a little more next time.
