Double shot espresso coffee, or 3/4 cup strong brewed coffee, chilled
3 ounces lite firm tofu
1 banana, frozen
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup unsweetened vanilla coconut milk beverage*
3/4 cup ice
2 packets Sweet’N Low® zero calorie sweetener
How to Make It
Place the coffee, banana, tofu, cocoa, and coconut milk beverage, ice, and Sweet'N Low® zero calorie sweetener in a superblender or blender and whirl until smooth. Divide smoothie between 3 glasses, and serve immediately.
*Can be substituted with 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk plus ¼ tsp. vanilla extract
