Sweetened Condensed Milk Chantilly is a quick and easy whipped topping to a variety of dessert options.
This recipe goes with Mango Pudding
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Whisk cream using a heavy-duty stand mixer until soft peaks form. Add condensed milk and salt, and whisk until medium-soft peaks form. (When you lift whisk from cream, a peak should form and the tip should fall back down.) Use immediately.
