Combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Set aside.
Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot. Add chicken; cook 4 minutes on each side or until browned.
Add tequila mixture; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 8 minutes. Uncover, turn chicken, and simmer 2 minutes or until chicken is done and sauce is thickened.
