  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups packaged cabbage-and-carrot coleslaw
  • 1/2 cup refrigerated prechopped tricolor bell pepper


1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well with a whisk. Add coleslaw and bell pepper; toss gently to coat.
