Delish! And you can control the spice by just cutting the amount back and not adding the Thai chili.....it still is so flavorful and so healthy. Will make it again and again!

We loved this--great flavors and easy! I substituted a big jalapeno for the Thai chili, since that's all that was available. It was too spicy for my wife but perfect for me. We both thought it was better than any shrimp dish we've had at a Chinese restaurant. I did find myself wishing there were more cashews, so I'd probably add more next time.

Great flavor (with a decent kick of heat)! Made as is -- with the size of each portion, some may want another side such as homemade spring rolls or store bought frozen egg rolls, but this would be just a personal preference.

So tasty! The layers of flavor and textures is wonderful. I did tame it down by halving the Sambal for the little kiddos in the house but think they would have been fine with it as written. Give it a try!!

This just didn't do it for me. The only thing I did differently than the recipe called for was I left out the Thai chile. It was OK, but not something I'd make again. Husband agreed--it just wasn't all that good.

I can't believe this is only 299 calories per serving!! I had a little trouble finding some of the ingredients in the super market, but even with a few substitutions the dish came out great! My whole family loved it, including those not trying to count calories!!

This was REALLY spicy, but REALLY good!! There were lots of amazing flavors in this dish. I used pickled sweet peppers because I had some in the fridge. Also, there were a lot more noodles than it shows in the photo.

Great dish with good balance of spicy and sweet. Used a jalapeno and could not find sambal oelek so I used red thai chili paste.

This was superb! Made the sauce in advance and also chopped the cashews and ginger in advance so it pulled together quickly. Great dish! Husband loved

Delicious. I can't believe it took me so long to try this recipe. I doubled the sauce ingredients and am glad I did.

Excellent dish! Even leftover and reheated in the microwave, this was delicious. The prep time was a little time consuming, but it once that was done it came together very quickly. I used a Serrano pepper and subbed green onions for snow peas (just because I don't like them). Otherwise, everything was as directed. I would have liked a little more sauce, too. I can't wait to make this again!
