Ingredients
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 8 (4-ounce) lamb loin chops, trimmed (about 1 inch thick)
- Cooking spray
- Lime wedges (optional)
Preparation
- 1. Prepare grill.
- 2. Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl. Rub mixture evenly over lamb. Place lamb on a grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Serve with lime wedges, if desired.
