Ingredients

  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 8 (4-ounce) lamb loin chops, trimmed (about 1 inch thick)
  • Cooking spray
  • Lime wedges (optional)

Preparation

  1. 1. Prepare grill.
  2. 2. Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl. Rub mixture evenly over lamb. Place lamb on a grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Serve with lime wedges, if desired.
