Drizzle homemade Sweet and Sour Bacon Vinaigrette over fresh spinach leaves.

How to Make It

Cook bacon until crisp. Remove bacon from pan; crumble. Add vinegar, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, pepper, and salt to drippings in pan, stirring with a whisk. Stir in bacon. Drizzle over spinach.
