Not impressed at all. I thought it would taste delicious but I don't think salsa should be sweet. I think the spice and kick from the usual is what I'm used to. I also think a lot had to do with the cilantro that was used, too much for my liking.
Sweet Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 small jalapeño pepper, diced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/3 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup chopped avocado
Preparation
- Stir together green onion and remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and chill.
