Ingredients
- 10 pound(s) Sweet potatoes
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 cup(s) Brown sugar
- 4 stick(s) Butter
- Cinnamon
- Nutmeg
- Walnuts Chopped
Preparation
- 1. Peel sweet potatoes & cut into large cubes
- 2. Place sweet potatoes in large stock pot & cover with water
- 3. Add salt to taste
- 4. Cover & cook until fork tender
- 5. Drain water
- 6. Add butter, brown sugar & chopped walnuts
- 7. Season with pepper, cinnamon & nutmeg to taste
- 8. Use mixer to whip sweet potatoes until creamy smooth
- 9. Taste & add any additional seasonings to taste
