I have prepared this for two different different parties and Thanksgiving. The recipe got rave reviews from everyone. I used Turkey Polish Kielbasa which I prepared on the grill the day before. Sweet Potato Squares with the olive oil and sea salt or Kosher Salt are also delicious as a side dish. An interesting twist would be to make a Lime Aioli with Cilantro. This recipe is definitely a winner and I will prepare it again!

I wanted to try something a little different and boy this was it! My daughter is somewhat of a picky eater and loved it. Definitely one I'll do again.

I have made this appetizer twice and love it. It's worthy of a special occasion but equally good at a casual event. I love the pairing of the sweet potato with the smoked sausage. The garlic dip is a great addition for an added flavor combo, but I always serve the dip on the side and many opt to not dip these appetizers. Since these can be served at room temp (or warm), advance prep is also another advantage. Great appetizer!

I have made this recipe several times. Everyone loves it and my friends often request this appetizer for get-togethers. I couldn't find spicy smoked sausage so just used regular smoked sausage. It's a great fall recipe. Definitely make the lemon-garlic mayo. Delicious!

Excellent party appetizer. Everyone thought the sweet potatoes were cheese squares and were happily surprised. I like sneaking vegetables in the diet whenever I can.
