3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
Cook potatoes untill tender, drain and mash. Combine potatoes with sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk and butter. Place in casserole dish
Topping
1 cup brown sugar packed
1/3 cup flour
1 cup chopped nuts
1/3 cup butter (do not melt)
combine all ingredients until like corn meal. Top souffle and bak at 375 for 30 minutes.
