Ingredients

Preparation
- 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- Cook potatoes untill tender, drain and mash. Combine potatoes with sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk and butter. Place in casserole dish
- Topping
- 1 cup brown sugar packed
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1/3 cup butter (do not melt)
- combine all ingredients until like corn meal. Top souffle and bak at 375 for 30 minutes.
