I agree with the other reviews that getting them crispy was a bit of a challenge but I thought they were good anyway. Has anyone tried using canola oil instead. It may sound faux pax but I feel better using it.

Had great taste but disappointed cooking time and trying to get them crispy.... definitely will have to tweak recipe to for crispiness.

Very good taste, I agree cooking time is a little tricky, definitely depends of the size and uniformity of the fries. Another sprinkling of salt at the end of baking helps bring out the sweetness.

The light juice dressing really worked. Very tasty. Plated with a small bit of reduced-sugar ketchup/sriracha. Served with CL's sesame green beans & NYT's shu mai-style burgers. Lots of color & flavor.

Really good taste. Could be more crisp but I know it's hard to get sweet potatoes crisp without burning. Love the bit of bite from the red pepper. Used my 6mm julienne disk on the food processor to save time with the cutting. Will make again.
