Sweet Potato Samosas

    I really wanted to like these because sweet potatoes are one of my favorite foods. However, the filling is bland and the crust is super dry. The dough rolled beautifully though so I thought it would be tasty, but it just wasn't. The filling needs a lot of help to have more flavor too. Not a completely bad recipe, but not one I would make again or recommend.

    We have samosas often and these were a great, healthier version.
