Just awesome. I didn't really like the super sweet recipes where it's like eating candy for thanksgiving. So I tried this recipe. It has a nice natural sweetness from the carrots. And the topping is just enough to be perfect. This will be my sweet potato thanksgiving casserole from now on. I am now inspired to make it during the year too! Fantastic!
