How to Make It
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add onion to pan; coat with cooking spray. Cook 2 minutes. Add bell pepper; coat with cooking spray. Cook 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender and lightly browned, stirring frequently.
Stir in peas and salt; cook 1 to 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently.
