Ingredients

2/3 cup drained, seeded, and diced jarred roasted red bell peppers
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup ketchup

1 1/2 teaspoons dried crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika

Preparation

1. Stir together all ingredients in a 2-quart saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat; reduce heat to medium-low, and cook, stirring often, 25 minutes.
