Sweet 'n' Spicy Red Pepper Sauce

- 2/3 cup drained, seeded, and diced jarred roasted red bell peppers
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried crushed red pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1. Stir together all ingredients in a 2-quart saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat; reduce heat to medium-low, and cook, stirring often, 25 minutes.
