Sweet Mascarpone Cream

Makes 4 cups


  • 1 (8-oz.) container mascarpone cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream

How to Make It

  1. Gently stir together mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and coconut extract in a large bowl.

  2. Beat cream in a medium bowl at medium speed with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into mascarpone mixture. Use immediately.
