Sweet Lemon-Mint Pear Salad

    We absolutely LOVE this salad. I double the dressing recipe so I can use it on my lunch salad. I also used a Granny Smith apple as I couldn't find any firm-ripe pears. This salad has a spring-fresh taste and complemented tonight's grilled salmon perfectly.

    This is great. Served with the Apricot-Lemon Chicken and the combination of flavors is amazing! My husband said that it reminded him of a mojito. I would definitely serve to guests.

    Really liked this recipe! Stimulated all the senses! Presentation, taste, texture and aroma! YUM! Easy for beginner cooks that want to look like they know what they are doing!

    Wow. DELICIOUS. I didn't have canola oil so I used olive oil instead and it still turned out fabulous! I will definitely make this again.

    This was delicious! Served it with the Apricot-Lemon Chicken. The combination was perfect. Amazing flavor for such a simple salad. Will definitely make again.
