I agree this is great. I've made it for the past 3 Thanksgivings!

OMG this recipe is FABULOUS!!! My guest went nuts over the sauce. I dressed the serving dish with kiwi, pineapple and red grapes....beautiful presentation! Definitely company worthy. I served with with pecan rice casserole and steamed brocolli. absolutely fantastic!

I made this recipe for Easter dinner for my family of 27 people. I used the sauce to glaze 2 10 lb hams, so there was none left over for serving. Next time I will double the recipe and use half for glazing, the other half to serve with the ham. The glazed ham was beautiful, but you couldn't taste much of the glaze on the outside of the ham. This sauce is so tasty it needs to be enjoyed in its natural state served with the baked ham. I made the recipe exactly as called for (no alterations or additions) - and it is awesome! A keeper! For formal or casual dinner. I dressed the ham platter with the pineapple, kiwi and scallions sprinkled with black sesame seeds - exactly as directed..... I heard many compliments on the presentation, and people actually took the pineapple and kiwi to enjoy with the ham. Also served the entire dinner as listed in "Easter Dinner in the Dining Room" - and received nonstop compliments - many asked for the recipes - a sign that they REALLY loved it!

We usually smoke a ham for Easter however I wanted to do something different this year. This was OUTSTANDING. I had a little trouble finding plum preserves but other than that this was easy and tasted great! Will definitely do again!
