These were the best!!! I made three racks and had zero leftovers. This will remain a family favorite.

I made these for my family. They were out of this world good. My daugter had been bugging me for years to make ribs. I tried oven backed ribs, simmered ribs on the stove; all were not the way my dad made them when I was kid. Finally, I found a recipe that would compete with my dad's ribs. As a matter of fact, my dad and neighbors are coming over tommorow for a rib off. These ribs verses my daddy's ribs. I think mine will be the winner, if I had any doubt, I would never have made the challenge. BTW...I followed the recipe to a T. I used the extra sauce for BBQ chicken the next day. Perfection.

This was my first time making ribs, and they turned out fantastic! My husband said they were the best ribs he's ever eaten. I had to improvise a little because I used 4 racks instead of 3 and I have a small grill. I simply increased the rub recipe. I also used a three burner grill and only lit one, then placed the ribs diagonal across the other two. I rotated the stack half way through, and increased the cooking time by 40 minutes. The taste of the ginger in this recipe was awesome and the sweet hot q sauce rocks, and would be good on other meats too.
