Sweet Corn and Roasted Garlic Custards

    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    I liked this very much. We had it for dinner with a green salad. I had it again for breakfast the next day. Just one satisfied me (I made 5 from the recipe). I did not use a whole head of garlic, maybe half. I also did not use the extra cup of corn I'd held out. The custards were plenty corny enough. Loved the thymey taste.
