Worthy of a Special Occasion

I've been making this salad since it first appeared in the magazine and make it quite frequently during the summer when fresh corn is readily available. The flavor is wonderful -- I've also made it with left over grilled corn (scrapped from the cob), but fresh corn is the best. -- I mix in fresh chives with the corn.
