Ingredients

  • 1 head(s) Cabbage Shredded
  • 1 whole(s) onion Diced
  • 1 carrots Shredded
  • 2 Green pepper Shredded
  • 1 cup(s) Sugar
  • 2/3 cup(s) white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup(s) Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) Ground white pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) Celery seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) Mustard see

Preparation

Shred dad dice vegetables and set to the side. Heat vegetable oil and vinegar ; add sugar and spices, heat until sugar dissolves. Pour over cabbage mixture and allow to marinate for two hours before serving.
