Sweet Chocolate Log

    Made this for Christmas Eve evening dessert. It did not stay in the log shape. It seemed to be very dry even after adding another tbsp of water. It was also very "sharp" chocolate taste which is most definately from the cocoa. I would not recommend this or make again.

    I also made this for Christmas Eve and thought it was simple and tasted amazing. I didn't want to use a raw egg, so I modified the recipe a bit. If it was too dry I added more alcohol, if it was too wet, I add more chocolate or wafers, but it was pretty true to the recipe. I even doubled it and took one to my parents and left one for home! Also, feel free to replace the wine with another liquor, i.e. I used a spiced rum. Delicious!
