How to Make It

Cook 2 cups stemmed, pitted fresh cherries, 3 Tbsp. sugar, 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter, 1 Tbsp. water and 2 tsp. cornstarch in a saucepan over medium heat until boiling; stir occasionally. Reduce heat; simmer for about 3 minutes.
