How to Make It

Melt the margarine in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and celery, and sauté 4 minutes. Add chopped chestnuts and apple wedges, and sauté 8 minutes. Add maple syrup, and sauté 1 minute. Garnish with thyme sprigs, if desired.
