Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 cups packaged coleslaw
  • 1 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
  • 1/3 cup thinly vertically sliced red onion

Preparation

  1. 1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add coleslaw, bell pepper, and onion, tossing to coat. Cover and chill 10 minutes. Toss well before serving.
