Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 4 cups packaged coleslaw
- 1 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
- 1/3 cup thinly vertically sliced red onion
Preparation
- 1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add coleslaw, bell pepper, and onion, tossing to coat. Cover and chill 10 minutes. Toss well before serving.
