1 (18-oz.) jar orange marmalade
1/2 cup white vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1. Bring all ingredients to a boil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until marmalade melts. Remove from heat, and let stand 30 minutes. Serve at room temperature. Cover and store in refrigerator up to 1 week.
