We LOVE these! I've made them a couple of times now and will be making them this coming week as requested by our youngest. The first time I made them I accidentally mixed ALL of the ketchup instead of half, so I ended up using half the mixture in the meat and half in the pan and it came out awesome! The second time I mixed it that way on purpose and replaced half of the bread crumbs with quick oats, healthier. This time I may use only the oats and completely omit the crumbs. We love meatloaf so I'm always trying to make it a little healthier while keeping it delish. Thanks for such a fantastic recipe! The 20 minute cook time makes this tasty dinner even better.
