Sweet-and-Sour Dressing

    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    This is my favorite dressing. It goes on anything; rice, potatoes, noodles, salads; anything you used to put melted butter on. It keeps well in the refrigerator and the amount makes it worthwhile to stir up. Only drawback is it will congeal in the refrigerator. I take it out and hope shaking with do the trick, if not, some hot tap water works. I mix it up in a plastic container with the 1/2 cup, 1/4 cup marks on the side. It has a screw on lid which can also dispense in a little stream. Saves cleaning dishes and water to do so.
