Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound(s) Pork Cut in 1" drips
- 1 tablespoon(s) paprika
- 2 tablespoon(s) Cooking oil
- 3 tablespoon(s) brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon(s) cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 can(s) Pineapple chunks with liquid
- 1/4 cup(s) Vinegar
- 3 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon(s) worchestershire sauce
- 1 Medium onion Chopped
- 1 Green pepper Chopped
Preparation
- cok pork.w/ paprika in skillet in oil. In crockpot mix brown sugar, cornstarch, salt, pineapple liquid, vinegar, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce. Add meat, onion and green pepper. Sir cook on low for. 6 hours. Add pineapple chunks. Cover and cook 1 hour longer. Makes 4-6servings
