This was the very first time I have ever eaten veal, which may account for a lower mark than the other review. (Couldn't help but envision eating a little calf . . . I know, kind of weird.) The blend of spices was nice, but from a burger standpoint . . . it sort of confused me. Very mellow flavor. May try again with a mixture of ground pork, veal and beef? Give it a go and see what you think.
Swedish Meatball Burgers
Although we suggest serving these on potato rolls, you can also perch the patties atop egg noodles.
