  • 1 1/2 pound(s) Stir fry sirloin Browned
  • 1 can(s) Tomato sauce
  • 1 can(s) beef broth
  • 2 cup(s) V8 juice
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) Water
  • 1 tablespoon(s) worchestershire sauce
  • 4 Potatoes Cubed
  • 3 carrots Cubed
  • 1 bag(s) Baby lima beans
  • 1 bag(s) Frozen corn, okra, green beans

Preparation

  1. Brown steak in oil, add broth and tomato sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste, add worcestershire sauce. Add potatoes and carrots, Lima beans. Simmer until potatoes and carrots are done. Add corn, okra and green beans. Cook until all are done
