- 225g Butter Softened
- 125g Icing sugar
- 225g Flour Sifted
- 70g Cornflour Sifted
- 50g Custard Powder Sifted
- Cream butter & icing sugar to pale creamy colour. Add sifted dry ingredients. Knead & roll out cut into favourite shapes. Cook 150c for 12 to 15 minutes. Makes up to 30 biscuits
