Super-Quick Cocktail Sauce
This cocktail sauce is great with seafood and will keep in the refrigerator for up to five days.
Yield: Makes about 1/2 cup

- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- Stir all ingredients together in a small bowl. Serve with cooked seafood.
