This cocktail sauce is great with seafood and will keep in the refrigerator for up to five days.
Makes about 1/2 cup
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon horseradish
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Stir all ingredients together in a small bowl. Serve with cooked seafood.
