Sunshine Coleslaw


  • 5 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup corn
  • 1/4 cup Thousand Island salad dressing
  • 3 tablespoons ranch salad dressing
  • 3 tablespoons lemon-herb salad dressing
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Garnish: fresh parsley, chopped


  1. In a salad bowl, toss together cabbage, carrots, corn and salad dressings. Add salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with parsley before serving.
