    Tasty and simple to make from what was already in the fridge. I added some leftover sliced mushrooms and would add even more veggies next time. I used one Italian turkey sausage in lieu of the ham, removing the meat from the casing and browning first, then adding the veggies to the pan. Next time I may add a little Italian seasoning too.

    Great Frittata. I had it for breakfast and it was very filling and easy to put together. I made it twice already...it's easy to heat up for a warm weekday breakfast before rushing out to work.

    This is a regular dinner in our house for using up leftover ham. I do use eggs instead of substitute & extra sharp cheddar for a bit more flavor. Goes well with a fruit salad & biscuits/toast.

    Nothing special. Pretty bland. There are better frittata recipes out there.
