Sunflower Strawberry Salad

Yield Makes 6 servings


  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 apple, cored and diced
  • 1 cup seedless green grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup celery, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup strawberry yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
  • Optional: lettuce leaves

How to Make It

  1. Combine fruit, celery and raisins. Stir in yogurt. Cover and chill one hour. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds just before serving. Spoon servings over lettuce leaves, if desired.
