1/4 cup corn flake crumbs
2 tablespoons dry roasted sunflower kernels
1 teaspoon salt-free seasoning
4 (4-ounce) orange roughy fillets
1 tablespoon lemon juice
How to Make It
Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl. Dip fish in lemon juice, and dredge in crumb mixture.
Place fish on rack of a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle any remaining crumb mixture over fish. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve immediately.
