Sun-dried tomatoes add visual dazzle as well as flavor to this seasoning oil. Use Sun-Dried Tomato Oil as a marinade, drizzle for salads, or dipping oil for breads.
1 1/2 cups, enough for 1 bottle
2 bay leaves
4 sun-dried tomatoes (not oil-packed)
1 1/2 cups olive oil
Place all ingredients in a pot. Warm over medium heat until a candy thermometer registers 165ºF. Remove from heat; let cool. Use a funnel to pour into beer bottle. Cork; keep chilled for up to 1 month.
