- 4 bone-in chicken breast halves (about 2 lbs.)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 package Knorr® French Onion recipe mix
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup chopped, drained sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil
- 1 jar (6 oz.) marinated artichoke hearts, undrained
How to Make It
Preheat oven to 350°.
Place chicken in a large baking or roasting pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
