Delicious and easy! It can be made ahead and is good leftover. I've made this dip several times and gotten rave reviews, even from my husband who doesn't really like pesto or bell peppers. I substituted 1/3-less-fat cream cheese the second time and thought it was just as good as the original recipe. We love it with toasted cracker "chips" or the butter crackers that are pretzel on one side.
